How do I exchange an item?

What is the return policy?

If you are having any doubts about your gear, and your purchase was made within the last 30 days, you can return or exchange it. Your items will need to be unwashed and unworn (try it on! Just don't ride in it please). 

We offer free shipping on all exchanges, please be aware items will need to be dropped off at a post office within 7 days of receiving the return label. Once we receive the return package, please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill the exchange. We try to be as quick as possible! 

All returns for refunds are subject to a $5.00 handling fee. As a small team that process all shipments and returns/refunds ourselves, we hope this will encourage more conscientious shopping, and reduce our environmental impact. 

We now offer returns for store credit. The store credit is in the form of a gift card and will be emailed to your email once your return package is marked as 'In Transit'. You can find more information in our Returns/Exchanges Portal here

Due to limited quantities, all products in the Garage Sale section are not available for refund. Size/Color exchanges are accessible. If your desired color/size is not available, you have the option for Store Credit. 

Please note all products are produced in small batches in Los Angeles. Exchange inventory is not guaranteed. By purchasing an item on oceanandsan.com you are agreeing to Ocean & San's terms of service. If you have any questions, please email info@oceanandsan.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note that international shipping takes at least 5 - 10 business days. International shipping fees and taxes will be automatically added at checkout. We do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. 

Do you offer crash replacement?

Yes! Crashing sucks and having to buy a new kit makes it worse. Send us a picture and let us know what happened and we will send you out a one-time discount code or a replacement shirt.
