The ThermaGrid Vest is a precision tool for core warmth and temperature control. It keeps your core in its own steady climate while your arms move free. Built for cycling but easy off the bike, it pairs ultra-light, ultra-warm, breathable grid fleece with a water-repellent armored back panel and a two-way zipper for dialed heat management on climbs, descents, and everything after the ride.
Down the back half of the vest, an armored DWR-treated panel adds protection against wheel spray, road mist, and light weather without feeling stiff or crinkly. A hidden rear pocket tucks into the armored zone, offering low-profile storage for daily essentials that stay out of the way and close to the body. Off the bike, it just feels like a clean vest without shouting “cycling kit.”

Construction
Each garment is patterned, cut, and sewn in Portugal from proprietary ThermaGrid fabric.
Body Fabric: 50% polypropylene and 50% polyamide blend. FC-free and PFAS-free.
Machine wash cold.
Use mild detergent (avoid fabric softeners and bleach).
Turn garment inside out before washing to preserve surface texture.
Do not tumble dry.
